Our Core Warranty Statement
We provide top-of-the-line warranties
Premium Protection PeriodOur premium protection period (PPP) is 10 years. Within this time, we shall repair/replace any product that we find to have any manufacturing defect resulting in water penetration. The material and labor costs will all be on us.
After PPP Gets OverFor 20 (twenty) years after the first 10 years get over (that means, a total of 30 years), we shall replair/replace failing products. The material cost will still be on us. You will pay only the labor cost during this period.

50-Year Warranty

We provide 50-year limited lifetime warranty on metal roofing. We protect your metal roof against all manufacturing and installation defects. This covers rust, discoloration, high ind and hail. The material and labor costs are all on us during this period. The warranty is transferrable, so if you sell, the warranty is passed over to your buyer (the next owner). Thus, in a way, having a metalic roof increases the monetary value of your home.
